• A minimum Bachelor's degree in Statistic or Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.25
• Freshgraduate or maximum of 2 years' experience as an organizational development specialist
• Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
