• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Kompas.id's products.
• Seek product ideas and feedback from stakeholders, gather requirements, write specifications, and create wireframes and workflows.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and researchers to implement features and enhance product performance.
• Lead cross functional teams and engage stakeholders (internal and external) effectively to align with product/business objectives.
• Participate in user research initiatives with the design and user research teams to comprehend customer problems, identify solutions, and iterate as needed. Learn extensively about our ecosystem through data and leverage it to inform your product decisions.
• Possess well rounded expertise within the domain of business, user experience, and software engineering necessary to achieve product/business objectives.

• Possessing a minimum of 1 year of hands on experience in product management.
• Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Embracing a growth mindset, emphasizing adaptability, eagerness to learn, and resilience in the face of challenges.
• Approaching problem solving proactively.
• Demonstrating creativity, problem solving abilities, visionary thinking, and a customer centric approach.
• Applying good analytical and data driven skills, showcasing proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc., and their application in driving modest product improvements.
• Bringing a modest track record in managing agile product teams.
• Any experience in the media industry would be considered advantageous.
