• Analyze organizational trends and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
• Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in organizational development.
• Managing and maintaining the LMS, including uploading training content, tracking employee progress, and generating reports.
• Facilitating training sessions (virtual or in person) for employees with various roles.
• Assessing skill or knowledge gaps and evaluating learning & development needs per role/department.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, etc
• Very good written and spoken English
• Experience in handling branding through Social Media
• Excellent communication skill
• Have a knack of creativity
• Analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
