• Create and maintain all end to end project management process
• Collaborate with another team and stakeholders, mainly with KOL Planner team
• Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new project
• Managing and mitigating any risk possibilities in the project
• Maintaining, calculating and projecting budget and timeline for any project
• Developing detail of plans, design, and monitoring progress accurately
• Doing administration and reporting for each project
• Conducting research on market trends for relatable project
• Establishing great relationship with clients and other stakeholder
• Using content / KOL management system and project management software

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Communication, Management, Public Relations, Media or other related majors
• Have at least xx year of relevant work experience managing several project project related to digital / product
• Tech and current trends savvy in social media and digital marketing
• Creative and passionate about digital marketing
• Strong communication, negotiation, and administration skills
• Great interpersonal skills
• Great time management skills and attention to detail
• Team player who loves to interact with people
