Deskripsi
- Lead the project by creating a comprehensive Brand Marketing Plan. Developing an understanding of the drivers of brand growth and brand health and identifying key issues and opportunities.Â
- Spots market trends and identifies new opportunities and markets. Assesses potential new products or business opportunities that have the potential to contribute to profitable growth.
- Conducts appropriate market research with cross function and external partners to determine market requirements for new/future products.
- Drawing up a strategy for approaching new markets/categories/target groups and develops bottom-up business cases for new products/projects in close cooperation.
- Lead local led innovation / activation projects deployment and the integrated activity schedule ensuring consistency with Brand Key Vision and Brand Vision Plan including communication strategy.Â
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance to recommend and execute appropriate ways to increase brand equity.Â
- Work closely with agencies (Advertising, Market Research, PR, etc ) to execute flawless brand experiences across touch points.Â
- Monitors budgets spend and provides timely communication to relevant stakeholders on overspend / cash availability.Â
- Partner with different functions (Brand Development / Global Team, Customer Development, Supply Chain & Finance) for ongoing projects, competitors, budget phasing, media plan tracking.Â

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree.Â
- 2 years+ in Brand Building/Brand Development in FMCG (below 3 years are welcome if have related working experiences to deliver Marketing (Brand) project(s))Â
- Strong business mindset, analytical power and good communication skills.Â
- Passion to growth and strong time management skills to work in a changeable environment, ability to manage workload and multiple projects.Â
- Open-minded, practical creativity, and result oriented.Â
- Fluent in English speaking and writing.Â
