• Develop strong relationships with architects, developers, consultants to gather information regarding ongoing projects.
• Provide support for sales team for existing and ongoing projects when required.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, seminars, product demonstration for external or internal purpose.
• Assist in completing architect product specification.
• Willing to be place anywhere according to company's needs.

• Min Bachelor's degree, preferably from technical background (civil/architecture).
• Minimum 3 years of working experience as Specifier.
• Preferably from paint/building material industry or construction/ architectural industry.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft word, excel, power point).
• Strong presentation skill.
• Strong communication and negotiation skill.
