• Responsible as company's partner in managing human resources portfolio.
• Responsible as company's agent in implementing policies and guides in regards to human resources.
• Coordinate with all busines units and assist them in regards to human resources policies and issues.
• Provide inputs and reviews in regards to human resources (training needs, career development, employment counseling, etc).
• Acts as the first layer/line to face industrial issues (employee misconduct, summons from labor offices, bipartite negotiation, etc) and coordinate accordingly with legal or industrial relations.

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Good comprehension of conditions of employment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experienced in handling industrial case would be preferred.
• Excellent administrative skills and proficient in drafting.
