Currently We Are Looking for Financial Planning and Management Reporting Position, this role will be directly under Finance Director to ensure all activites within company running seamlessly

Description

• Support month-end and year-end close process, which includes A/P accruals, journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, and more
• General ledger reconciliations, variance reporting, and bank reconciliations
• Financial Reporting
• Participate in the budgeting & forecasting processes
• Identify and implement departmental process improvements to increase efficiencies
• Develop and document business processes & accounting policies to strengthen and maintain internal controls
• Oversee and support AP and AR functions when needed
• Assist with tax audits and tax returns
• Ad hoc reporting as needed

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Experience in building and analysis of financial reporting (P&L and balance sheet)
• Management experience required
• Trading Company experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel (vlookups and pivot tables)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Hands-on experience with ERP Systems a plus
