Deskripsi
- Collaborate with the internal communication team to understand design requirements and project objectives
- Develop engaging graphics that align with the company's brand standards and visual aesthetics, including but not limited to newsletters, posters, and digital content.
- Work closely with the internal communications team to review and revise designs as needed.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within set timelines.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall quality of internal communication materials.
Kualifikasi
- Final year university student or fresh graduate with ample experience in graphic design.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
- A well-rounded portfolio showcasing your creativity, attention to detail, and design skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the internal communications team remotely.
- Ability to take feedback and implement changes to meet project requirements.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to manage time effectively to meet project deadlines.
- Previous experience in internal communications design or related fields is a plus but not required.
