Deskripsi

Sr. CRM Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies with regard to lifecycle campaigns that help to bring growth and retention for the company across our products or services. Using owned channels and not limited to paid channels like Meta Ads to reach and engage with our Lovely users.

  • Digital Strategy Development: Creating digital marketing strategies that align with the overall business goals. This includes defining target audiences, setting objectives, and selecting the most appropriate channels.
  • Coordination: Coordinate with creative and content writing on creating assets and content for a campaign launch, it should be engaging, informative, and relevant to the audience. Coordinate various stakeholders, like product marketing, growth marketing, and data analytics for finalizing campaign requirements.
  • CRM Marketing: Execute email marketing, push and in-app campaigns, segmenting the list, and analyzing campaign results.
  • Campaign Development: Hands-on to develop automation and journeys, liaise with CRM Manager and Product Marketing team on the development of campaign assets
  • Analytics and Data Analysis: Analyze data to ascertain the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for improvements.
  • Client or Stakeholder Communication: Need to communicate with stakeholders, providing regular biweekly/monthly updates on campaign performance and discussing strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Min 3 years of experience in CRM, Digital Marketing, or Business Strategy with a track record of delivering measurable results
  • Strong understanding of the B2C customer lifecycle in commerce, digital platforms or hospitality industry is a plus
  • You will have a natural aptitude for translating data into insights, and the ability to define and influence new strategies based on these insights
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills to manage a wide range of programs and thrive in a fast-paced and demanding environment, proactively setting the business direction and managing daily deliverables
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Understands and has prior experience or exposure to CRM or Database management
  • Hands-on experience with actual build, development, and deployment of lifecycle automation (i.e. Netcore, Moengage, Clevertap, Braze, etc.) + B2B CRM Leads Management tools is a plus (i.e. Hubspot, odoo, Salesforce, Qontak, Qiscus, etc.)
  • Familiarity with multi-channel communications such as Push, In-App, Email, or WhatsApp on consumer journey touchpoint
  • Strong problem-solving/troubleshooting methodology and skills
  • Professionalism and experience working with various internal stakeholders & teams
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude and a strong eye for detail
  • Must be able to multitask to meet deadlines while maintaining the quality of work

Pada April 2018, Bobobox mendapatkan pendanaan modal benih dari modal ventura Indonesia Alpha JWC dan Genesia Ventures.Pada bulan Juli 2018 , Bobobox meluncurkan hotel kapsul pertamanya di Bandung, menjadikannya sebagai kota pertama yang menawarkan konsep akomodasi inovatif ini di Indonesia. Melalui pendanaan tersebut, Bobobox berhasil mendirikan hotel kapsul atau yang akrab disebut dengan pods pertama di area Paskal, Bandung. Bobobox Pods Paskal diluncurkan pada 27 Juli 2018 , dengan total 62 pods (kamar).Dalam waktu singkat, Bobobox mulai mendapatkan perhatian dan popularitas di kalangan pelancong, baik lokal maupun internasional.Pada bulan Mei 2020, Bobobox mengumumkan pendanaan Seri A senilai US$11.5 juta yang dipimpin oleh Horizons Ventures dan Alpha JWC Ventures.
