Deskripsi
- Responsible for planning/implementing/leading enterprise collaboration based voice projects.
- Responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity of the enterprise voice communications network. This includes the installation, maintenance, and management of all voice equipment such as PBX, SBC, Recording System and diagnostic tools, etc.
- Responsible for performing system generation, tuning, configuration, upgrades, performance management, disaster recovery, and usage reporting as required. .
- Analyses existing voice infrastructure and identifying potential enhancements to sustain and improve optimization and performance.
- Provides clear oral and written communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering/Telecommunications or related Technology curriculum preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting enterprise level Telecoms/PABX systems/ Contact center Systems
- Experience in 24x7 environment with on-call responsibilities
- Experience working in a high-pressure environment
- Experience supporting, maintaining and troubleshooting Cisco enterprise-level PABX Environments.
- Understanding of Disaster Recovery and High Availability
- Experience in highly virtual environments
- Strong personnel management, analytical, problem solving, organizational, and planning skills.
- CISCO Collaboration Certification will be preferred.
- Knowledge about CUCM, PCCE, Contact Center System, Nice engage, Workforce Management, Quality Monitoring and Session Boarder Controllers (will be an advantage).
