• Provision and de-provision (Create, Modify, Delete, Grant Privilege) user access within IT according to policy, and all individuals request
• Maintain association of IT accounts to individual identities
• Enforce policies around user authentication and privileges
• Onboard new systems into the IAM (Identity and Access Management) Tools and off-board retired systems as required
• Manage and maintain HPU for system accounts
• Maintenance of Catalogue of User Roles and Access Profiles
• Maintenance of Catalogue of System/Application being managed
• Follow, maintain and develop process documentation
• Participate in internal and external audits to produce evidence of process control
• Support the continual improvement of tools and technologies used to support IAM processes
• Provide support and ensure access control list reports are available when needed
• Ensure all HPU (Exclude OS and DB) are in dual custody
• Coordinate with IT Procedure to develop policies related to IAM
• Manage and Maintain IAM Tools (Manage License, Patching, System/Preventive maintenance, etc)

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology
• At least 5 years working experiences related position preferably in banking industry
• A solid understanding of IAM concepts and systems
• Knowledge of key IAM standards
• The ability to work with a variety of identity, access and privileged account management solutions architect
• Aptitude in technical research and the willingness to perform necessary research
