• Bachelor Degree majoring in Psychology
• 3-5 years of working experience in Recruitment field or Headhunter is a must
• Detail oriented & well organized
• Willing to learn and highly motivated to do more
• Energetic, initiative, fast learner and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as a team
• Good in English both spoken and written
